I’ve learned that other people’s perceptions don’t define my worth. Still stings sometimes, but I’m not chasing validation like I used to.

Integration: Make It a Ritual

  • Pick one recurring trigger (family drama, financial fear, fear of rejection—go wild).
  • Use the three-point scale: -5 years, Now, +5 years.
  • Score it. Reflect. Write it down.
  • Celebrate the progress.

  • Check back in with yourself in a few weeks. Watch what shifts.
