In my journey, I lived in the shadow of “History=His Story.” Confession time: I allowed it to define me. But, I found the strength to break free using Holistic Scaffolding™ and write HER STORY. Let my moments of change inspire yours.
 

I allowed what he did and didn’t do to define how I felt about myself.
 

I held onto the pain, drama, and trauma and would use it as “proof” that I was not worthy of LOVE.
 

I lived in DENIAL, f*ckity-do-dah, I was once crowned the QUEEN of DENIAL! (“Walk like an Egyptian” is totally playing in my head.)

I blamed “him” for almost everything that was wrong in my life.

I numbed myself with busyness, technology, and food.
 

I regularly play the “victim” and would readily share my “poor pitiful Laura” narrative with anyone who would listen. (There are several old friends in at least three different states that I apologize to for sharing and spreading my bullsh*t drama!)
 

I allowed fear to keep me in situations that were not healthy. 
 

Yet, thankfully, I had several “moments of change” that shook me awake! I decided to stop living HIS STORY (stuck in my own past) and do the work to write HER STORY, my story. And it is my burning passion to help you do the same.
