BOOM! You should NOT continually focus on what you must sacrifice to reach your goals!
Why?
We’ve had a lifetime of having things taken away from us, or we think we must take them away from ourselves to meet our goals (targets). That’s f*cking bullsh*t, and energetically, it just doesn’t work.
I’m sure that you all have heard of the analogy that has been drawn where you tell someone not to think of a “pink elephant,” and BAM! What are you thinking of right now? A giant pink elephant! This is the same principle at work here. When you continually focus on what you don’t want, the universe will keep serving you more sh*t to shovel.
Here is another example that some of you can probably relate to.
Think about it, let’s say you want to lose weight, and you think you have to sacrifice or
- Quit eating sugar.
- Quit eating carbs.
- Quit eating protein.
- Quit eating chocolate. (Okay, that’s too fippin’ far, I will never quit eating chocolate!)
- Quit eating altogether.
If you stay focused on what you “can’t have,” that puts you into a negative vibratory state, you are attracting more of that negative sh*t towards you.
But, how?
OK, great, so I don’t focus on what I need to give up, or what I need to sacrifice, but how do I make progress toward my targets (goals)?
Here are six quick steps:
- Become aware of your target.
- To meet your target, spend time reflecting on what you must stop thinking, saying, or doing. But do not stay stuck there. That will lower your vibration.
- Now celebrate YOU! What strengths do you have to help you achieve your target?
- Choose to be grateful for everything you have!
- With a celebratory vibration, visualize and feel what it is to achieve your target already.
- Now, f*cking get out of your own way. Allow and Trust
